Marvellous and beautiful location right by the Eden Project, very nice restaurants such as the Long store and wreckers which are fun, great food and atmospheric and 200+ yards in a very quiet area.

Possibly the best and comfortable stay for our 2 week road trip. Exceptionally pleasant staff and amazing location to other hotels or pubs in the area nearby! Also - adjacent to restaurants for breakfast and evening meal, namely The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan and bistro and bar.

The hotel was fairly clean and pleasant, had gorgeous views over the front gardens. The location was marvellous for me. This property was located in a very quiet area. The indoor restaurant was nice with spicy food. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was incredible. Besides, the parking was on-site.

I had an extra special time, the staff was informative. I had a relatively quiet room with good size bathroom. The shops and a bakery were right next door. Pool was good and there was a relaxed restaurant on site. I think the hotel was high standard, would stay here again.
