You guys made our stay great. Pleasant staff and the place was fairly clean. The breakfast was amazing with a pork sausage, and the food was spicy. The room was trendy and silent, had air conditioning, a balcony, and an iron. The location in a very quiet area was marvellous. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was amazing.

Appreciated the way our standard queen room with balconies was. The breakfast was amazing and magnificent and provided with food being cooked to order and stronger coffee, as for instance. The location was great - really close to a hill, a lovely harbour in Charlestown and numerous beaches, and beach walks and the town of St Austell.

I came here for 1 night and had a very comfortable stay. It was an exceptionally comfortable hotel with a gorgeous view. I appreciated convenient placing of an iron and a carpet in the standard double room. The continental breakfasts were delicious. The service was excellent, including a friendly check-in. The staff were exceptional and incredible and the location was fab in the restaurant next to the front of house podium.

The hotel was fairly clean, staff was pleasant. The venue was in a central location really close to restaurants for breakfast and evening meal, other hotels or pubs in the area nearby and St Austell and Eden Project, Fowey and Mevers. I stayed in the room that was clean & well maintained and available with balcony overlooking the grounds. The service was impeccable with a friendly check-in.

I had an extra special time, the staff was informative. I had a relatively quiet room with good size bathroom. The shops and a bakery were right next door. Pool was good and there was a relaxed restaurant on site. I think the hotel was high standard, would stay here again.
